Your appointment is very important to me and I understand that scheduling adjusments may be necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice to cancel/reschdeule your appoinment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the service. If a deposit was given, the deposit will also be forfeited and a new deposit must be placed before re-booking. Please understand that I appreciate every one of my clients that has sat in my chair. Keep in mind that I am a small business and cancelling and not showing up last minute hurts the business.
